I’ve come across a website called Omegle. It’s a simple site that connects you to a stranger for a conversation. I’ve had quite some fun with it, even though it got off to a rocky start:

That one sort of hurt my feelings. I know it’s a great joke, but apparently it offended him so severely that he didn’t even want to speak to me. I tried again with a different stranger:

My verdict: if you dig communication and electronic serendipity, this is perfect for you. Try it out. Hopefully your jokes will go over better than mine. You could ask your stranger for relationship advice or play a game of Battleship against him. Or just snuggle.
