I’ve been waiting for four weeks on an important computer part, and it finally arrived today – a 32 gigabyte SSD. I immediately got busy turning my Dell Mini 9 into a Macintosh, and I’m pleased to say that the operation was a success. Hackintosh! This was the third such occasion that I’ve had the pleasure to teach a new dog newer tricks.

Even the “iSight” camera works, as evidenced by this screenshot of a video chat between me and my roommates. We were all about 15 feet apart at the time. Of course Jacob was the first one to make use of the background effects.
